Join Pak Army As Nurse
To join Pak Army as Nurse, it means that you are recruiting in the army and will be joining it as a nurse and will later rise through the ranks depending on your performance to higher posts.
To join Pak Army as nurse, the following conditions must be met:
- Be in age group of (17 -25 years)
- Be unmarried
- Height must be minimum 5 feet and weight corresponding to BMI chart
- Minimum 50% marks in F.Sc (equivalent) and 60% marks in Science subjects Matric (equivalent)
- Be a Pakistani citizen
The tests will be held after registration upon which a test date will be fixed. For AFNS (Armed Forces Nursing Services), the Intelligence test will be taken which will be a computer based test. (Computer based test with simple MCQ’s and basic course knowledge of F.Sc/A Levels)
After passing the preliminary test, there shall be a medical test with examination and after successfully passing that will lead to an interview call-up by GHQ Selection Board. The final selection will be made at GHQ on the basis of candidate’s overall performance.
If the candidate is selected, she will undergo 3 years General Nursing Training at various Combined Military Hospitals (CMHs). After successful completion of training, shall be granted Commission in the rank of Lieutenant. They shall then be required to sign a bond of 5 years to stay in Pak Army and serve in it.
How To Apply
To register and apply to join Pak Army as nurse, you will visit JoinPakArmy and apply with information upon which you will receive test date and will undergo the tests.
The date for registration was 17th August – 16th September and the test dates started from 21st September 2020 and will continue onwards. The documents required at AS&RC’s (Army Selection and Registration Centers) are as follows:
Original certificates/detailed marks sheets along with two attested photocopies of
each educational certificate/degree
Candidates serving in Government’s institutions/departments will render No
Objection Certificate (NOC) of the concerned establishment.
Attested photocopy of domicile certificate
Photocopies of computerized national Identity Card (CNIC)
6 x Coloured photos duly attested (front & back).
Crossed postal order of Rs. 100/- in favour of Director General Personnel
Administration (DGPA), GHQ Rawalpindi.
